So we knew the Pens would get one, not it makes losing any easier. I still truly believe that the Wings will prevail in the end. The Pens will have the same gameplan as they did in game 3 for game 4, where as the Wings will watch the game 3 tape, examine where they need to improve and then adapt (and prevail.) As an added plus, the last time the road team came back from a 2-0 series deficit in the finals to win the Cup was the 1942 Leafs. Yes they did defeat the Wings in 1942, but it will not happen again, Pens are going down.

So this is my first time in probably 10 years working on a Mac. I admit it does take some getting used to, but once the initial shock wore off (and I made a fool of myself in one instance), I love this new computer. I mean LOVE. It has so many really cool features that I never knew I was missing, completely putting my five year old PC to shame. Mac, I think I love you.

So if you haven’t noticed, I am obsessed with a huge Wings fan. This Stanley Cup series is going to be really really good series. Both teams are excellent, and I expect very low scoring games, but the team with the experience will prevail. I saw this commercial tonight and absolutely fell in love with it. GO WINGS!!!

GRRR… two more days until the Stanley Cup Finals begin. I am waiting, but far from patiently. What makes me more upset is how non-hockey or even non-sports fans do not understand the importance of seeing the games. I was recently told “Oh just Tivo the game and watch it later, so you can come out with me.” Um… no! Its not pre-season, its not exhibition or a throw-a-way game, its the flipping Finals! To make matters worse, there are three games where the Wings and Pistons, in the East Finals, play at the EXACT SAME TIME, like really WTF? Backoff and let me watch my sports.

We finally closed out the series against the Stars. Yes these are tears of joy my friends! Looks like Angie is going to Detroit this weekend

I told myself early in the playoffs, that if Osgood steps his game up we will win the Stanley Cup. Although Dallas is turning it up tonight, I still see our Cup dreams coming true very soon. Even without our top scorer Franzen, we still have the speed, experience, leadership, goaltending and grinders to win the championships. Either way I am going to cry like a little girly girl. I do not know what it is about the Wings that brings me to tears instantly, maybe just pure passion and love. I still cannot re-watch the Yzerman banner raising ceremony without balling. Anyways, intermission over, back to the game.

Today is a good day, I got some very good news from some awesome people. Tomorrow is going to be even better, and the week will just improve from there. That brings me to the quote of the day:
